How can I pay for my order? 

We currently allow payments via card or Paypal for online orders, and offer various ways for you to pay for your order, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Electron and Visa Delta. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address the payment card is registered to.

When will I receive my order?

Can I return my order? 

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if you do want to return or exchange it for any reason, you can. As long as we receive it within 14 days from the date of delivery, and it remains in a re-sellable condition, we’ll give you a refund or allow you to exchange the product for something else. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, damaged or simply isn’t what you ordered, we’ll cover the cost of return postage.  Please return item(s) in a re-sellable condition to the following address: Party Parcel UK, 43 Melody Drive, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7UU.
